2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L 4WD came in this week with a noticeable vibration in the drivetrain. After diagnosing it, we found the front driveshaft that had been installed previously was faulty. We replaced the front driveshaft assembly, then addressed a front suspension concern by replacing the left front sway bar link with a premium link. After a road test, this Ram is back on the road driving smooth again.

2010 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins came in for major engine and suspension work this week. We diagnosed a cylinder head gasket failure and front suspension concerns. The engine work included replacing the cylinder head gasket, installing a full engine gasket set, Gator fasteners heavy-duty head studs, machining the cylinder head, and refilling with Schaeffer’s 5W40 diesel oil. On the suspension side, we replaced the right front wheel bearing and hub assembly to address noise and play. This truck is back on the road and running strong. Work completed by our tech Jay.

We replaced the engine oil pan, serviced the glow plug/valve cover gasket components, addressed exhaust leak concerns, replaced the starter, and installed two new batteries.
